Terms and Conditions

Bookings made within 48 hours of your event will incur a 15% additional fee.

Internal catering orders canceled within 48 hours of the event will be charged in full.

Once you have committed to making your booking secured by paying a discounted room hire it cannot be changed to unsecured.

Full day function room bookings require a Compass staff member.

For free delivery (one only per day) – your event must occur between 8.30am and 5.00pm.

Internal catering orders requiring two or more drop offs, will incur a staffing charge or delivery fee. This fee is dependent upon your requirements.

A venue set-up, pack-down fee of $250.00 applies to function room bookings.

A venue cleaning fee of approximately $120.00 applies to function room bookings.
